  • G2 Payroll. Coordinating T3 support and maintenance for G2 interface. G2 is the interface between IBM HRMS (Human Resources Management System), a SAP instance to store the HR information globally, and ADP GV (Global View) at Latin American level.

  • Managing incident, issues, change requests, new developments.

  • Managing stake holders, client, approvals, vendor, dev team, and executive communications. CR requirements.

January 2012 – January 2015

  • IBM is changing actual HR processes and HR information management globally. As part of a huge harmonization project, the company was doing migration all its global HR Data to SAP HR.

  • As IBM has 400.000+ employees around the world it resulted in the largest SAP implementation in history.

  • My role is to ensure that salary, compensation, band level, and benefits information is accurately migrated and validated to meet ASCA requirements.

  • Project Manager for the Cognos and Hyperion Center of Competences.

  • Managed a development team, infrastructure team and application support teams.

  • Managed client relationship, multiple software development projects and major changes on the BACC environment.
